OREAS 920b, steril siyah arduvaz ve maden atık
kayaçlarının karışımından hazırlanmıştır. Steril siyah arduvaz Victoria,
Avustralya'da bulunan bir ocaktan, maden atık kayaçları ise merkezi batı Yeni Güney Galler, Avustralya'da Cobar kasabası yakınlarında bulunan CSA madeninden temin edilmiştir.
CSA madeninin bakır cevher yatağı, Erken Devoniyen CSA Silttaşı'nda, ince tabakalı
turbiditik karbonlu silttaşı ve şeyl ardalanmasında, daha az kaba
birimlerle birlikte yer almaktadır. Demir açısından zengin klorit ve silika, silttaşı
yatağındaki belirgin alterasyonlardır. Yirmi üç analitik laboratuvar, aşağıdaki
programa katılmıştır:
