OREAS 713
SKU: 713
OREAS 713 is a primary CRM prepared from gravity-separated fractions of the
Westland Heavy Mineral Sands deposit. The material contains elevated levels of
TiO₂, Fe, and Zr and represents a composite of high and concentrate-grade heavy
mineral sands. It is designed for use in the validation and quality control of
methods targeting titanium-, iron-, and zirconium-bearing minerals in
sediment-hosted mineral sands systems.
OREAS 713 has been characterized using the following methods:
Borate Fusion XRF- Majors and some traces
Thermogravimetric LOI at 1000 °C
4-Acid – Full ICP-OES and MS elemental suites
Certified values for applicable analytes are operationally defined for each
method, with results under OREAS ISO 17034 scope of
accreditation.
