OREAS 64 is a gold–silver certified reference material produced from Cerro
Moro low Ag–Au ore, blended with Cerro Moro high-Au ore and a silver
concentrate.
The material replicates low-sulphidation epithermal vein mineralisation
hosted in volcanic rocks, making it well-suited for calibration and QA/QC of
Au–Ag assays (fire assay/ICP) and multi-element geochemical suites used in
exploration and mill QA/QC.
OREAS 64 has been characterized using the following methods:

Gold via 25-50g fire assay with gravimetric finish
Silver via 25-50g fire assay with Gravimetric finish
Silver via 4-Acid digestion with AAS finish
Certified values for applicable analytes are operationally defined for each
method, with results under OREAS ISO 17034 scope of
accreditation.
